Photograph Friday: #1

This photo was taken on campus at Boise State University. The line breaks the visual space that would otherwise be static, while the textures ask your eyes to find a pattern. The photograph keeps your eyes interested. The grayscale is applied because all photography is a study in light and texture, and black and white eliminates color as a distraction for the finer points of tone and scale that can be seen in daily life.
